Tasting Room is Open!

If you read our blog, follow us on social media or have been out to visit the winery in last year you know that we’ve been working on opening up a new tasting room! Well we finally did it!! As of Oct 1st we have been able to welcome visitors to enjoy our wines in a beautiful new tasting room! The terrace looks out over what we call ‘The Peachland Block’ of our Hallberg Ranch vineyard (the area that we make the wine Don’s Block from) and into the barrel cellar. From the tasting room you a close look at all aspects of our wines, from the field to the bottle!

We kicked off the tasting room with our fall open house. We were able to showcase the new releases from the 2013 vintage, including the inaugural release from our Pinot Hill vineyard, and the fall colors in the vineyard (all of which are spectacular!). We enjoyed bites from The Spinster Sisters and the musical stylings of JP Soden. All in all it was a fabulous day shared with our wonderful friends.

We look forward to hosting everyone at the winery! We hope that you will be able to make it over for a tasting soon.

A note from the tasting room crew – if you would like to do a vineyard and winery tour or have a group of 6 or more we need a heads up! We suggest making an appointment 7-10 days beforehand but we can often accommodate you if you weren’t able to plan that far ahead, give us a call and we’ll do our best!!

Stay tuned for more things to come, we have a lot of projects we’re working on to enhance your time at Emeritus!

More Pinot lovers!
