For one week only between Christmas and New Year’s, escape to Emeritus and experience the indulgent pairing of a bottle of our 2020 Hallberg Brut with three selections from The Caviar Co. This luxurious pairing showcases the bright acidity and richness of our sparkling Pinot Noir which complements a range of caviars each with a unique salinity and buttery texture. Each flight comes with three tins of caviar – trout roe, salmon roe, and smoked trout roe – accompanied by crème fraiche, crackers and potato chips.
