There is a crystalline aspect to the mouthfeel of this wine, resolving with a drying, almost sticky tannin profile. This wine is just beginning a long journey of grace and intrigue that will continue to develop with a slow evolution.

2021 Pinot Hill West — NEW RELEASE
Pinot Hill West leaps from the glass with a heady aromatic mix of raspberry, juicy pluot, violets, and sweet citrus rind, immediately invoking a sense of sumptuous pleasure. Upon reaching the palate, it immediately begins to spread to all corners of the mouth, bringing a dense, dynamic, and arresting profile. The plush and vivacious texture of the palate weaves beautifully into present but very melted tannins finishing with a sense of pure reward.

2021 Wesley’s Reserve — NEW RELEASE
The defining feature of the Wesley’s Reserve is the combination of forest floor and wild fruits and flowers. These frame other aromas like dandelion sap, black tea, and hints of brown sugar. Our finest example of rustic elegance, this wine displays a compact combination of richness and power balanced by dynamic acidity and sweetness. This wine is built to age, so we recommend decanting for at least 2 hours when young. 

2020 La Combette — NEW RELEASE
This wine is entrancing. There are voluminous aromas of exotic woods, fine leather, sweet spices, and balsam. The palate features the classic round, rich core that is the hallmark of La Combette coupled with boysenberry reduction, tangerine zest, and savory seaweed flavors. The dense mouthfeel is framed by silky tannins that linger without being overwhelming. The 2020 La Combette is one of the best vintages from this special block on Hallberg Ranch, showcasing the subtle power we love from this site. This wine is sure to unfold in layers for years to come!

2020 Pinot Hill Elite — NEW RELEASE
Sourced from a small block in the Pinot Hill vineyard planted to our Elite selection, this wine opens immediately with aromas of muddled tree fruit, tamarind, white peach puree, wet stone, and the classic hibiscus tea note that has become synonymous with this block. On the palate we find a deeply silken yet stimulating texture reminiscent of citrus fruit confectionary that continues to evolve in the mouth, being rounded off by modest and finely interlaced tannins
